As Cross & Crown marks its 20th anniversary, we had the privilege of sitting down with founders Trevor and Tyler Roberts to reflect on two decades of growth, creativity, and innovation. From their early days as a design-first agency to becoming a full-service creative partner, their journey is a testament to passion, purpose, and lasting client relationships. In this Q&A, they share key insights into their leadership, challenges, and vision for the future.

1. Trevor, in the early days of Cross & Crown, you started as a design-first agency. What motivated you to pursue this approach, and how has it shaped the company’s identity over the years?

A: Purposeful design has always been a driving force for me. I love taking something valuable and enhancing it through pixel-perfect design. If you look at major brands, what truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and intentionality. It’s not about overdesigning, but about being purposeful. This approach started gaining us recognition, and 20 years later, I believe that this commitment to quality and precision still resonates with our partners.

2. Tyler, in 2004, what was your original vision for the company, and how has that vision evolved over the years?

A: Trevor and I grew up in and around Christian ministry, as our father was a Christian camp director. It was frustrating to see a gap in quality design between Christian organizations and other organizations. We wanted to close this gap. Something we found in our journey was that there is power in partnering with organizations to help them market their mission. It is amazing for us to build relationships and partnerships with organizations around the country and world where we can help amplify their missions to reach and impact more people.

3. Trevor, what was one of the biggest challenges you faced in the early years of building Cross & Crown, and how did you overcome it?

A: Time management was one of my earliest challenges. Tyler and I founded Cross & Crown while I was still in high school and continued growing it throughout my college years. This often meant squeezing in work between classes or staying up late to meet deadlines. The work was always rewarding and fueled my motivation, but balancing competing priorities was definitely a challenge.

4. Tyler, what has been the most rewarding aspect of your role as a silent partner, working primarily behind the scenes to ensure the business’s long-term success?

A: From early on, I was more on the “business side” of the company. I was getting my business degree when Trevor was starting to design for clients. This has continued as the company has grown. I have helped work on the business structure as well as explore new business opportunities. One of the more significant examples is when we were exploring a marketing strategy division; I managed all of this initially. Eventually, the needs outgrew my time and skillset, and we started building a team. Our marketing team now has four full-time team members.

5. Trevor, how would you describe Cross & Crown’s company culture, and what steps have you taken to cultivate it over the years?

A: I’d describe the culture at Cross & Crown as a high-performing, family-oriented environment. We prioritize work-life balance and maintain a strong family-first philosophy, understanding that people work to live, not live to work. With that in mind, we foster a supportive, fun atmosphere where we collaborate to create impactful, lasting work.

6. Tyler, how do you think your role has helped shape the culture and vision of Cross & Crown over the years?

A: Our passion and vision to partner with organizations and amplify their mission have been at the core of what we have done from the beginning. One of the opportunities I enjoy the most is meeting with our leadership team to discuss business and supporting them as they grow as leaders. As a team, we are often discussing how to build into our company culture.

7. Trevor, can you share a milestone or turning point in the company’s history that really stands out to you as pivotal to its success?

A: One of the earliest milestones that stood out was winning the Creation Festival account in 2006. At the time, the Cross & Crown team was just three people, including Tyler and I. We initially worked on a small project for Creation Festival East, worth less than $150, but we approached it with a highly creative angle that stood out. This led to our biggest account at the time, managing the design for both Creation Festival East and West, Creation Cruises, Monsterpod, and other projects. These high exposure and large-scale projects helped us build international credibility with partners and sponsors of the festivals. Reflecting on it now, I can see how that opportunity opened countless doors—from video production at festivals in six different states to filming for Compassion International in Ecuador and printing the Creation Festival Newspaper on the same presses as USA Today.

8. Tyler, from your perspective, what are some of the key moments that helped transition Cross & Crown from a small graphic design business to a full-service creative agency?

A: Early on, Creation Festival brought us on to be their marketing team. This led to multiple Christian music festivals and other organizations trusting us with their marketing. In addition, the internal team has grown, adding more capacity and allowing us to take the next step.

9. Trevor, the 2014 introduction of digital marketing services marked a pivotal shift for the company. How did this addition change the way you approached client projects?

A: Digital marketing is an ongoing engagement, which has helped us strengthen our relationships with our partners by being actively involved in their marketing efforts and helping them adapt. This has reinforced our position as an extension of their team.

[blog-callout title=”Our Digital Time Capsule” link=”https://cacpro.com/twenty-years” image=”https://cacpro.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/blog_20yearsThumb.webp” content=”Our 20th anniversary page is a testament to the projects, people, and passions that have defined Cross & Crown since 2004.”]

10. Tyler, over the years, you’ve refined your process and offerings, like introducing web development, video production, and branding services. What’s been your favorite part of watching these services evolve?

A: The movement to holistic and full-service offerings is exciting. When we partner with an organization, we can pull from a wide variety of tools and resources to craft the best strategy and best meet the needs of our partners. Strategies can include a video campaign with retargeting that sends people to a custom landing page. Everything can be crafted in collaboration with our teams and designed to work together effectively. Seeing organizations benefit from these holistic strategies is exciting.

11. Trevor, what role do you see Cross & Crown playing in the creative marketing space over the next five years? What trends or innovations are you excited about?

A: As we approach 20 years of experience, it’s becoming clear just how much Cross & Crown has accomplished and how many solutions we’ve developed. Over the past two decades, we’ve had the privilege of working with countless organizations. However, the digital landscape is constantly evolving, and we remain committed to learning, adapting, and applying that knowledge to help our partners make a bigger impact. This can take many forms—whether it’s helping a 40-year-old business refine its brand to better connect with customers, optimizing a large nonprofit’s website for greater efficiency, or managing marketing efforts for a company without a dedicated team.

12. Tyler, Cross & Crown emphasizes building strong relationships with clients. How have you maintained that client-centric approach, especially as the company has grown and expanded its services?

A: Hearing the stories of the different organizations we partner with is always inspiring. We often hear that an organization couldn’t accomplish its goal without our partnership. Sitting down with a founder or principal and hearing their excitement about a product or service is always exciting. We then try to translate this passion into messaging that connects with the ideal person.

13. Trevor, Cross & Crown emphasizes empowering clients through creative solutions. What does “empowerment” mean to you in the context of the work Cross & Crown does for its clients?

A: At Cross & Crown, “empowerment” means equipping our clients with the tools, strategies, and creative solutions they need to take control of their brand, drive their vision forward, and make a lasting impact. It’s about more than just delivering a service—we aim to provide them with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to succeed long after our work is done.

14. Tyler, what role has technology played in the evolution of Cross & Crown, and how do you see emerging technologies shaping the company’s direction in the next decade?

A: Cross & Crown has always focused on leveraging technology to meet the needs of our organization partners. While we are not typically early adopters, we are keeping an eye on technology trends and testing possible solutions. AI is a hot topic now, and it will have a growing impact on our company offerings.

15. Trevor, what advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to build a creative agency in today’s competitive market?

A: Prioritize team culture. A strong team culture is the backbone of a successful agency. Invest in your people, celebrate their strengths, and foster a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages innovation.

16. Tyler, as Cross & Crown has expanded its offerings, what considerations went into managing the company’s growth to avoid overstretching its resources?

A: From early on, we have been conservative in our growth. This has enabled us to retain employees through hard seasons (recession, COVID, etc.). Each new hire is an in-depth consideration and a long process to find the best fit to take us to the next level. A long-term perspective has always been something we tried to maintain. Sometimes we would bypass a short-term opportunity for something with more long-term potential.

17. Trevor, what’s one thing you’ve learned about leadership that you didn’t know when you first started Cross & Crown?

A: One leadership lesson I’ve truly embraced is the importance of appreciating people for who they are, how they think, and what they contribute toward the bigger goal. I wouldn’t want everyone at Cross & Crown to think like me—we need visionaries, doers, critics, and cheerleaders. The best projects come together when everyone plays their role to the fullest.

18. Tyler, what are the top financial or operational lessons you’ve learned from running a growing creative agency for 20 years?

A: For a small business to operate for 20 years, it has been important to stay conservative but think big. We have tried to avoid debt and add resources once we prove the model and know it is viable. I also explore market opportunities and test business models. If we find something viable, we will add more resources to grow it. Relationships are key in business. Our relationships with vendors, clients, and anyone we interact with have developed into trusting relationships over the years. There have been times when someone from 10 years ago remembered us and reached out to explore an opportunity. We strive to maintain positive relationships while recognizing that not everyone aligns perfectly with our values and vision.

19. Trevor, what excites you most about the future of Cross & Crown as it enters its next 20 years?

A: What excites me about the next 20 years is looking back at how far we’ve come in the last two decades and realizing that the impact we’ve made is just the tip of the iceberg. We’re only getting started, and there’s so much more opportunity ahead. I can’t wait to keep evolving and making an even greater impact.

20. Tyler, looking ahead, what aspect of Cross & Crown’s future are you most passionate about, whether it’s team growth, new services, or something entirely else?

A: Looking forward, I am excited about the team we have in place and the opportunities and markets we are exploring. Cross & Crown is poised in a solid position to take on larger and more complex projects. Additionally, we are continuing to deepen our offerings to better meet the needs of our partners. When we have the opportunity to build a consistent, ongoing relationship and really develop a solution that best fits the need, it is amazing to see the results. It is important to have more trusting partners to develop these relationships and explore building their organizations together.

Welcome to Cross & Crown, Emma!

Emma joins us as our new Digital Copywriter based outside of Pittsburgh, PA. She started her agency writing career over three years ago after leaving the classroom where, she taught middle school English for four years. Please join us in learning more about her in this short interview.

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started in copywriting.

I started out as an English teacher and spent four amazing years in the classroom. During that time, I also took on freelance writing gigs to earn some extra income and build a portfolio. Initially, I didn’t intend to leave education; writing was just a passion of mine. However, when my son was born, the demanding schedule and the reality of being away from him for eight hours a day just wasn’t going to work for our family anymore.

So, I made the risky decision to leave teaching and dive into writing full-time. I fell in love with copywriting and have been happily immersed in this field for the past three years. Now, I get to do what I love while still being a present mom, and I couldn’t be happier with the path I’ve taken.

2. What are you most excited about in your new role?

I’m most excited about the opportunity to work with brands that make a positive impact on the world. Being part of such meaningful work is incredibly inspiring. It feels great to use my skills to support causes that align with my values and contribute to the greater good.

3. Can you share more about some of your hobbies or passions outside of work?

Outside of work, my biggest passion is being a mom to my energetic three-year-old boy, Finn. It may sound cliché, but being a mom truly is my greatest joy and the most fulfilling role I could have imagined. My days are filled with laughter, learning, and endless adventures with my little one, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.

This summer I would really like to learn more about gardening, and I think that’s something Finn and I can enjoy together.

4. Tell us one fun fact about you that might surprise us!

I have a twin brother, Eli!

5. What is the one food you could not live without?

I could never live without cheese fries.

6. If you weren’t a copywriter, what do you think you’d be doing instead?

If I weren’t a copywriter today, I like to think my husband and I would be pursuing our shared passion for buying and flipping homes. He’s incredibly talented and handy (shout out to Dolan!), and together we’ve had some fun experiences with it. But, as much as we enjoy it, diving fully into real estate can be quite the financial commitment, especially in today’s market. So, for now, I’ll keep honing my copywriting skills while we keep our home-flipping dreams on the back burner.

7. What’s a memorable word of advice you’ve received in your life or career?

I tend to be more introverted, so this advice really resonated with me: “Fear can keep you from reaching your fullest potential.” I often hesitate, overthink, or question myself, which can hold me back from opportunities that push me out of my comfort zone. But understanding that fear is just a barrier, not a stop sign, has been incredibly empowering for me. Embracing this advice has encouraged me to push past my fears and take risks. It’s how I was able to make a career change and pursue my passion for writing.

8. Lastly, if you could give one piece of advice to aspiring copywriters, what would it be?

You’ll inevitably face situations that push you out of your comfort zone, whether tackling a project where you’re unsure of your abilities or dealing with a challenging account. The more comfortable you become with being uncomfortable, the better equipped you’ll be to navigate and thrive in them.

We look forward to watching Emma grow in her new role as Digital Copywriter with our Marketing Team!

It’s fall here in Chambersburg and changes are on the horizon! We are continuing to onboard new members to our team as the span of our projects continue to grow.

We are delighted to welcome Hannah Moats to our team as Junior Web Developer! Fresh out of college with the world at her feet, Hannah has decided to begin her career here at Cross & Crown and we are so thankful. Please join us in getting to know a little more about her.

1. Tell us about your journey to becoming a full-time member of the Cross & Crown team. How did you first get interested in web development, and what led you to choose this career path after your graduation from Shippensburg University?

I have been interested in web development since I was enrolled in the Marketing and Web Design program at FCCTC in highschool. In class I would focus on delving deeper into the programming and coding aspect of websites. This eventually led me to pursue Computer Science as my degree at Shippensburg University.

I knew the curriculum would not be focused on web development, but I believed it would allow me to pursue many options after graduation, including web development if I wanted to. The thing with computer science is that it is an ever evolving field that is very broad, so you always need to be learning something new which I am not opposed to.

I can not quite remember how all the events played out, but I was approached by Tyler sometime last year about becoming an intern at Cross & Crown. The goal was to begin adding content to WordPress sites and eventually move into development.

Since then, plans continued to change, but throughout it all I continued to use my knowledge gained in school to teach myself web development, with a focus on WordPress development. Naturally, I still have much to learn, but I am eager to see what I can bring to the table and the challenges I can face and overcome while working here.

2. What do you enjoy most about working in web development? Are there any specific projects or aspects of your work that you find particularly exciting or fulfilling?

Working on websites is currently one of my favorite things to do, specifically bringing a design to life. However, because of who I am, I have a wide variety of interests and even personal projects that I hope to get to one day.

3. What’s one fun or interesting fact about yourself that your colleagues might not know? It could be a hidden talent, a favorite pastime, a quirky hobby, or a way to relax and recharge.

I do love to read, and I have been doing it a lot lately. I specifically enjoy fantasy books. It is fun to escape from the regular world, but be able to come back to my own life at any moment.

4. If you could travel to any destination in the world, where would it be, and why? Are there any travel experiences that have left a lasting impact on you?

Even though I do not get to it often, hiking (or doing anything outdoors) is one of my favorite things to do locally. So it would be cool to visit one of the National Parks out west, specifically one with lots of green, beautiful mountains, and lakes. My family went to Watkins Glen State Park one year and I thought that was very cool.

5. We’re all about personal and professional growth at Cross & Crown. Is there a book, podcast, or TED Talk that you’ve found particularly inspiring or influential in your life or career? What did you take away from it?

Despite reading so many books, I do not read many self help books. I do enjoy watching a TED Talk every now and then, but it has been a while and none come to mind. If I live by any code, it is just remembering to be myself, to be kind and think of others, and to live my faith.

6. Everyone has their favorite spot in town for a good meal or drink. What’s your favorite local restaurant or café, and what’s your go-to order there?

I have been craving The Falafel Shack recently. I like to get the Chicken Shawarma platter and the Pita bread with their humus. It is something different, and is not something I would be easily able to make at home.

My favorite ice cream place is Windy Knoll. They have the best Peanut Butter and Raspberry Extreme flavored ice cream.

7. Lastly, can you share with us a bit about your future aspirations? Whether it’s personal or professional, do you have any big goals or dreams that you’re working towards in the coming years?

Personally, I am working towards comfortably living on my own and supporting myself. One of these days, I hope to get married and have a family, but who knows when that will be. Professionally, I am working towards a career that will support that lifestyle and be something I enjoy doing.

No matter what happens, I keep reminding myself to never wish away the moment, or get too caught up in what I am doing and forget about spending time with those around me, because who knows what tomorrow will bring.

We are so thankful to have Hannah as part of our Web Development Team. We know her expertise will be a great help to our team and beneficial to our clients. We look forward to seeing her thrive in her new role at Cross & Crown.

Our team is continuing to grow and we are so delighted to welcome aboard Maddie, our new designer!

Maddie graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Samford University and has a background in brand design and creative direction. She currently lives in Marietta, Georgia, and will be working remotely with a couple of stops in-office throughout the year. Join us in getting to know a little more about her.

What drew you to apply to Cross & Crown?

I was first drawn to the clients that Cross & Crown has worked with, and built relationships with, because they are clients that serve their community, do good for others, and are the type of clients I would feel inspired to work with. After meeting the team, I knew I would be lucky to work alongside such encouraging and talented people.

It’s a New Year! What’s one thing you would love to learn this year?

I would love to learn pottery! I’ve only done it a handful of times, but it’s a skill that takes a lot of time to become good at. My dream would be to, one day, have a wheel and kiln of my own so I could make handmade ceramics for family and friends.

What season best represents your personality and why?

I’m really drawn to fall. I think it represents the calm and reflective part of my personality. I also love the details of life and fall is a time where I can slow down and enjoy time with my family and friends.

Do you have a favorite book or tv show that you’re really into lately?

I haven’t read any good books lately, but my favorite of all time is “The Nightingale” by Kristin Hannah. I have recently been going through the Marvel movies for the first time.

Where’s one place you wish you could visit?

I can’t pick one… I would love to go to Iceland or Japan! Yellowstone National Park is also a bucket list item. Too many choices!

Do you have any hobbies or secret talents?

Not currently. Picking up a new hobby is one of my biggest goals this year. I would love to read more.

Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about yourself?

I am so excited to be a part of the Cross & Crown team! I feel lucky to do what I love and learn from amazing people alongside me.

We are so thankful to have Maddie on our Design Team. We know her creative expertise will be a great help to our team and beneficial to our clients. We look forward to seeing her thrive in her new role at Cross & Crown.

Apparently we blinked because the calendar is telling us August starts on Monday. Talk about Summer flying by!

We are so grateful both to have stayed busy this summer and to have welcomed two new team members! They’ve jumped in with both feet and we’re loving the energy they bring to the team. Join us in getting to know them a little better!

Ali is our new Digital Marketing Strategist. She is a born and raised Shippensburg, PA local but has an impressive amount of world travel under her belt already (even for work at a marketing agency overseas)!

What are you most excited about in joining Cross & Crown?

“Impactful work that matters” was my hook. The opportunity to work alongside a purpose-driven team with purpose-driven clientele is what peaked my interest in Cross & Crown. I was also seeking a challenge in my career, and I knew this position would fit that ticket. Cross & Crown checked all of my boxes.

What is your favorite place you have traveled to?

New Zealand! I’ve been there twice, and I can’t wait to go back again. #TeamJacinda and GO ALL BLACKS!

What’s something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you’ve never done?

Well, I’ve never moved to Toronto before, but it’s on my list!

Where could we find you outside the office? / Do you have any hobbies?

In my downtime, I love time with good friends, good wine, or a good book—or rewatching Schitt’s Creek for the 1,000th time.

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?

JLo. What a queen.

Leah is the newest member of our Web Support team and a Chambersburg native! She is joining us with a strong background in customer service and an eagerness to learn—an excellent combo when it comes to the ever-changing world of web design and development.

What are you most excited about in joining Cross & Crown?

For me, one of the most exciting things about joining Cross & Crown is the variety of clients and projects. There’s always new topics and humanity to explore and learn. And, since everything is custom, we’re constantly looking out for what’s next on the horizon and implementing new design and technology techniques.

What is your favorite place you have traveled to?

I had a college internship which was located in downtown Phoenix, AZ. I grew up on the East Coast, had traveled to the Pacific Northwest a handful of times, and been on a guided tour of some countries in Europe, but Arizona was the most “alien” to me and therefore the most interesting. For me, it was the stark contrast of landscapes. I was used to heavily forested, green everywhere, hills and mountains but in Arizona, specifically Phoenix, it felt very barren and exposed.  The “forest” of cacti and tan colored landscape made me feel like I had landed on a distant planet. I love the contrast between locations and appreciate both home and abroad even more because of their differences. It has remained one of my favorite places, but I don’t think I’ll ever want to live there—the temperatures are insane!

What’s something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you’ve never done?

In 2019, before COVID while I was living in Washington, I had received tickets to attend a Jacob Collier concert scheduled for 2020 in Portland, OR. It got cancelled due to COVID but has recently been rescheduled for April 2022 and I’m looking forward to traveling back to the PNW again and getting to see Jacob in concert for the first time!

Where could we find you outside the office? / Do you have any hobbies?

As much as my traveling above might suggest otherwise, I’m very much a homebody. I get a lot of enjoyment spending time with family, friends, pets, and, as an introvert, my own company. I also really enjoy video games and spending time online keeping up on all the latest news in gaming and technology. My hobbies include: gaming, listening to music, reading, meditation, yoga, drinking coffee, walking, organizing things, and occasionally drawing.

We are so grateful to have both Ali and Leah as a part of our team and we look forward to seeing how they will flourish and help make us the best that we can be!

We are privileged to work among some of the greatest artists, strategists, managers, and storytellers in the business. It’s amazing to see the caliber and quality of work that our team turns out, year after year. As we challenge and inspire each other in our work, our team grows stronger in both professionalism and creative craftsmanship. Today we highlight the work of one of our senior designers and long-time team members—Adam Swisher.

Adam has created cutting-edge designs for Cross & Crown clients for 10 years this month. We are celebrating him today and expressing our appreciation for the imaginative contributions he has made for our clients and for the success of this company. Over the last decade, Adam has had his hand in well over 500 projects! We are incredibly blessed to have him influencing the work we do and it has been a joy to watch him evolve and excel as a designer and a leader in this space.

Adams’ work is characterized by rich textures, energizing color palettes, and careful attention to detail. He has a knack for matching abstract ideas to design styles that communicate memorable messages. Let’s take a look at how his work has evolved from 2010 to today.

2010 – “Disciple” Branding for Email Campaign

Cross & Crown began doing a lot of creative work for bands and music festivals. In 2010, we put Adam on a project for Christian crossover rockers “Disciple” to design the branding for an email marketing campaign promoting their new album. We love how he captured the mood of Disciple’s unique style and expressed that in the design.

2011 – African Revival Branding and Web Design

Adam came to us as a graphic designer, but over the years, he has learned to apply his artistry to building websites. Here is one of his first website designs created in 2011 for African Revival Fellowship.

2012 – Chambersburg Project Logo Design

Cross & Crown makes our home in Chambersburg, PA, and most of us are locals to the South Central Pennsylvania region, so it’s always an honor to be chosen by the local community to assist with promoting all of the wonderful things we love about this area. Over the years, we’ve helped the Chambersburg Project with several projects and Adam has designed multiple iterations of their logo.

The Chambersburg Project is an annual summer missions effort where youth from around the area come together to serve the community by making home repairs in impoverished areas of Franklin County. The logos Adam designs for this nonprofit are always fresh and demonstrative of the organization’s mission and message.

2013 – GoFor Branding, Website, and Mobile App Design

As Adam continued expanding his skill set, this project for GoFor added mobile app design to the mix. We really love the color palette and clean look he created for this project.

2014 – Food for the Hungry + JOHNNYSWIM Website Design

We love helping passionate people make a difference in the world, and have the privilege of serving many nonprofit clients around the globe. We’ve partnered with Food for the Hungry several times over the years, and this partnership project with JOHNNYSWIM is a great example of how Adam’s website designs are rich with textured layers that give images a multidimensional feel.

2014 – 4G Design Build website design

Another project we want to highlight from 2014 is the website Adam created for North Carolina based 4G Design Build. We love how Adam conveyed this custom homebuilder’s high-end brand message in the details of their website.

2015 – Abednego Coffee Roasters Logo and Bag Design

Our friends at Abednego Coffee Roasters are working hard to support the fair-trade coffee industry and support humanitarian aid by donating a percentage of sales to non-profit organizations, locally and around the world. This design is an example of Adam’s ability to translate branding across a variety of mediums. Designing a logo is a craft that requires understanding all of the ways that logo may be applied to various collateral, and in this case, bags of delicious, fair-trade coffee beans.

2015 – Golden Eagle Cabinet Shop Website Design

Also in 2015, Adam created this website for Golden Eagle Cabinet Shop. I mean what else can we say, this has to be the most beautiful website in all of the custom woodworking industry! The warmth and attention to detail that exudes from this branding perfectly conveys the warmth and detailed craftsmanship of this local artisan. Five years later and the website is still live—it’s that good!

2016 – Mid-Maryland Dairy Vets Logo Design and the Khayamandi Foundation Website

It’s getting harder and harder to narrow down our favorites year-to-year. As you can see, Adam’s work is refining like fine wine and our clients continue coming back for more. Here are two more examples of how Adam uses his design expertise to tell brand stories that people don’t soon forget. The website he designed for Khayamandi Foundation is still live today!

2017 – Lenca Farms Logo and Website

Another example of Adam’s talent for designing high-quality graphics for the fair-trade coffee industry, this Lenca Farms logo and website design (also still live today!) help this product make a lasting impression on their audience.

2018 – Wayfind Marketing Branding and Website

Our business partners and friends at Wayfind Marketing in Memphis, TN are still thrilled with the logo and website redesign Adam created for this southern agency. This brand’s expression relies on natural and somewhat of a wilderness-style imagery, to convey their message of using marketing strategy to help small businesses trailblaze through their various industries. The rugged edges and bold colors perfectly convey the personality of this unique brand.

2019 – GoInnovation website

After 10 years of working in this industry, Adam has honed his ability to capture the essence of a brand and portray it creatively. His keen attention to detail enables him to identify just the right fonts and colors to represent each distinct brand, such as this website design for GoInnovation

2020 – PA Parks & Forest Foundation Website

Pennsylvania has some of the most stunning greenspaces in the country (and maybe the world). The rich, lush, landscape of this area is one we must work together to protect and preserve. Adam’s website design for the PA Parks & Forest Foundation is a beautiful and interactive rallying point to unite those who enjoy these lands and communicate their important messages to the community.

Finally, we would be remiss to forget to highlight Adam’s most recent creative contributions to the Cross & Crown brand: our new website! He had a significant role in the redesign, so if you want a real-time look at his current style, click around here and see more of his outstanding work.

One Last Thing…

We are coming to the end of our journey through a decade of Adam Swisher’s contributions, but before we go, we want to highlight one last thing that we love about working with Adam, something we know he’s proud of, and that he may not know inspires and endears him to us: his desk! Adam is a true creative and takes great pride in everything from the logos he designs to the placement of art in his workspace.

We hope you have enjoyed this fun adventure through some of our favorite Adam Swisher creations! When he first came to us he was fresh out of college. Over the years it has been exciting to watch him hone his craft, pick up new skills, and make a significant impact on brands and nonprofits around the world.

And Adam, we hope you feel loved and know how much we value your contributions to this important work. What you create matters and makes a memorable impression on more people than you know. Keep up the great work and happy 10 year anniversary with us!
